Brand Photography: The picture series is supposed to illustrate the functionality and aesthetic of Uniqlo in the everyday life. The photos are held in the uniform and muted colours that are significant to the brand. This emphasizes the functional and neutral designs.

Commercial Video: This is a short commercial video for Uniqlo in form of a Vlog. The video follows an exchange student throughout her day. In doing so the everyday use of the bag and its functionality is subtly being presented.

Data Visualization: The following diagrams give information about the used types of photos and video shots for this project. Additionally information about the growth of the Uniqlo brand in the last four years is given.

Social Media Video: This video is the social media oriented version of the commercial video. It is shortened to 30 seconds and a voice over as well as matching background music have been added. The video highlights the practical appeal of the Uniqlo shoulder bag.

Land Acknowledgement

The University of Guelph-Humber and Humber College are located within the traditional and treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit.
