The Body Shop Brand Photo Series

This project carries a message of the connection between The Body Shop and eco-consciousness. The Body Shop is a skin care company that is dedicated to reducing their environmental impacts by opting for recycled packaging and cruelty-free products. Through these photos, I aim to demonstrate the relationship that companies and consumers should have with the planet.

Survey Relating to The Body Shop's Message:

I conducted a survey where I asked 28 university students how important brand ethicality is to them. Here are my findings:

The Body Shop Promotional Video Project

This project explores a case study of Geri Gonsalves, a customer of The Body Shop. The video aims to promote eco-conscious product consumption, bringing attention to the delicate balance our earth holds.

The Body Shop Promotional Audio Assignment

This project promotes The Body Shop’s products as eco-friendly skincare that protects consumers, and in turn, helps the environment.

Land Acknowledgement

The University of Guelph-Humber and Humber College are located within the traditional and treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit. Known as Adoobiigok, the “Place of the Black Alders” in the Mississauga language, the region is uniquely situated along Humber River Watershed, which historically provided an integral connection for Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat peoples between the Ontario Lakeshore and the Lake Simcoe/Georgian Bay regions. Now home to people of numerous nations, Adoobiigok continues to provide a vital source of interconnection for all. We acknowledge and honour the land we are walking on, the moccasin tracks of our ancestors and the footprints of the future generations to come.
