The importance of analyzing data serves to be proven as an assist towards content creation and success. By analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, and tool performance, identifying audits, inventory, and engaging in metadata and taxonomy, your content will remain on top. Huy Tran explains in order to stay relevant, your content must be user-centred and must serve to meet customers’ needs. Adaptability to alter market demand builds customer trust, satisfaction, engagement, and communication. An example of this is with grocery delivery services Hello Fresh. The grocery box delivery service boomed during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. With more families stuck within their homes and unable to go out to restaurants and shop in grocery stores, they turned to Hello Fresh to provide them with stress-free meal kit services delivered right to their houses. Hello Fresh utilized these skills to convey their content on social platforms. According to Statista, with the Global Pandemic, meal kit companies have drastically increased with Hello Fresh at the lead (Statista, 2023). They understood their audience’s needs/ pain points by adapting to deliver satisfaction and analyzed data, tool performance, and competition for their leading success.

Land Acknowledgment

The University of Guelph-Humber and Humber College are located within the traditional and treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit. Known as Adoobiigok, the “Place of the Black Alders” in the Mississauga language, the region is uniquely situated along Humber River Watershed, which historically provided an integral connection for Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat peoples between the Ontario Lakeshore and the Lake Simcoe/Georgian Bay regions. Now home to people of numerous nations, Adoobiigok continues to provide a vital source of interconnection for all. We acknowledge and honour the land we are walking on, the moccasin tracks of our ancestors and the footprints of the future generations to come.
