Initially, I found it very difficult to find the right angles to capture my images. As I kept taking pictures the proper positioning of me and my focus point became more clear.

This video was a lot of fun to film. It was entertaining trying to find good shots and angles to record from. I didn’t book a tripod, either, so keeping the camera still was a bit of a challenge.

The audio portion for this was a little bit awkward to film however, I still enjoyed making it. The Zoom recorder was really easy to use and I liked how my ad looked chopped up and in a vertical format.

The University of Guelph-Humber and Humber College are located within the traditional and treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit. Known as Adoobiigok, the “Place of the Black Alders” in the Mississauga language, the region is uniquely situated along Humber River Watershed, which historically provided an integral connection for Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat peoples between the Ontario Lakeshore and the Lake Simcoe/Georgian Bay regions. Now home to people of numerous nations, Adoobiigok continues to provide a vital source of interconnection for all. We acknowledge and honour the land we are walking on, the moccasin tracks of our ancestors and the footprints of the future generations to come.
